Space Center Houston is a science and space learning center and the visitors center of NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston. The Johnson Space Center is the home of Mission Control and astronaut training.
The center holds over 400 space artifacts, permanent and traveling exhibits, attractions, live shows, and theaters dedicated to preserving the history of America’s human spaceflight program.
The center has extensive Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics programs for students and teachers.
Space Center Houston is the home of a Space Shuttle replica, where it stands mounted on one of the two original shuttle carrier aircraft.
