Singapore Philatelic Museum

The Singapore Philatelic Museum focuses on the postal history of Singapore and its stamps. In addition to the permanent galleries, there is gallery space to cater for changing exhibitions throughout the year. The museum also includes a stamp shop.

Philately

Philately is the study of postage stamps and postal history. It also refers to the collection and research of stamps and other philatelic products.

Philately involves more than just stamp collecting it is possible to be a philatelist without owning any stamps. Stamps being studied may be very rare and may reside only in museums.
