Proving good on its promise of showing guests an authentic, local experience, Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar kicks off the “Live Like a Local” quarterly this Wednesday, August 22nd.

Beginning at 7pm, Hotel Palomar invites locals and guests to take part in supporting neighborhood arts and culture with songstress Jessy Kyle. Just a little more than two years since the re-release of her debut album, “Love Again,” Kyle is bringing her trade mark sound back to the Philadelphia music scene with her latest single, “Won’t Give Up.”

“My new single, ‘Won’t Give Up,’ is my life anthem these days. It not only represents my recent bouts with vocal cord polyps, but also hinges on my personal triumphs over cancer,” said Kyle. “I feel like a new woman and now my music conveys my uplifted spirit and I hope inspires perseverance.”

In addition to showcasing how to ‘live like a local,’ Kyle’s performance will also serve as her single release event.

Courtesy of Square 1682, guests can expect to dine on sips and hors d’oeuvres while enjoying a seven song set from Kyle and her band.
