Time is running out!  Get to PAFA by April 6th for the Mural Arts interactive Beyond the Paint Exhibit – located at 128 N. Broad Street. Artists and creative minds have teamed up with the Mural Arts Program to celebrate 30 years of engaging community members through art that has transformed the city. Learn about creative and physical processes inside custom-built studio spaces, take part in hands-on workshops, and of course enjoy installments from some of the finest artists in Philadelphia.

These insightful videos (watch below) bring together Reef the lost Cauze – prominent Philadelphia underground hip-hop artist and streets spokesman, Catzie Vilayphonh – poet from Yellow Rage female spoken word and Def Poetry Jam + the premier lifestyle and sneaker boutique Ubiq, and Rich Medina – world renowned DJ, poet, and producer. They take to the streets at 3 different mural sites highlighting how educating communities through art makes a difference, how this art gives a voice to those that take part in the projects, and how this art represents history and inspires the youth of tomorrow.
