Wale brought out Philly’s own Freeway to help get the crowd up early at the Heineken Red Star Access free event on Saturday afternoon at the Electric Factory.
Wearing a Phillies-red t-shirt printed with the venue name in the style of the ball club’s cursive font, Nas emerged late in the show, following an interlude from Q Tip’s turntables. The crowd got a little restless, but the rapper played an extended set to close out the evening.
Nas will return to the Electric Factory with Lauryn Hill on 11/7.
